I was looking for community and friendship during the transition to university. It sort of just happened? I found some folks that had common goals after my first show with Demonika’s Symphony of Horrors back in 2006 and just kept going.

Getting to be silly, sexy, and naked with my friends. Sometimes I think about the all the amazing artists I’ve met through Burlesque and it’s a very special thing ♥️

The one that didn’t drop out and change majors? Probably working as a nurse.
